We will offer free adult self-defense class in front of the MPR from 9:00 am to 10:00 am from this Saturday 11/09 and going forward. All parents are welcomed, and please dress lightly and sneakers if you would like participate.

傳新中文學校從11/09 開始於每週六早上9 am -10 am 新增加成人防身術教學給大家免費參加，有意參加者請準時在MPR 前面集合，建議穿著輕便的服裝及運動鞋。
